Ingredients:

  • Rice flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Milk as required
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Brown sugar 1/4 cup
  • Mix nuts 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put rice flour. yeast, salt, flour, onion seeds, oil and sugar in pot and knead with milk.
  2. Now cover it and leave for 1 hour.
  3. For filling: Mix brown sugar, mix nuts and cinnamon in one pot.
  4. Now put corn syrup and mix it.
  5. After that, make potions of kneaded flour, make small roti and put 1 tbsp filling.
  6. Now make balls and flat it with hands.
  7. In end, heat oil in frying pan and fry balls.
