Ingredients:
- Rice flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
- Milk as required
- Flour 1 cup
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
For Filling:
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Mix nuts 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Put rice flour. yeast, salt, flour, onion seeds, oil and sugar in pot and knead with milk.
- Now cover it and leave for 1 hour.
- For filling: Mix brown sugar, mix nuts and cinnamon in one pot.
- Now put corn syrup and mix it.
- After that, make potions of kneaded flour, make small roti and put 1 tbsp filling.
- Now make balls and flat it with hands.
- In end, heat oil in frying pan and fry balls.
