Ingredients:

  • Chinese drumsticks 10
  • Lemons 3
  • Egg whites 3
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First wash drumsticks, mix soya sauce, white vinegar, ginger garlic paste and salt in it, put in pot and dry water on low flame.
  2. Now put  egg whites, corn flour, chicken cube flour, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder and salt in bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Then dip one by one drumsticks in mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. After that, heat oil in karahi pan, deep fry drumsticks and do golden brown.
  5. In end, take it out and keep on tissue paper so that it absorbs oil. Then serve it with chili sauce.
