Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube 2
  • Water 1 cup
  • Lemons 4
  • Crushed red chili 8
  • Green chilies 8
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Make small botiyan of chicken boneless. Now wash it nicely, marinate with white vinegar, garlic paste and salt and keep for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in karahi pan, put chicken in it and dry water.
  3. Now put chicken cube in 1 cup water, make stock and mix lemon juice.
  4. When water of chicken dries, stir fry finely chopped green chilies and finely chopped crushed red chilies in separate pan and put in chicken.
  5. In end, mix corn flour in ready stock, add in chicken and cook it lightly.
  6. When stocks becomes thick, put black pepper and serve hot.
