Ingredients:
- Gram flour 2 cup
- Chopped spinach 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Carom seed 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Dry fenugreek 1 tsp
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First put all ingredients except oil in chopper or grinder and make smooth batter.
- Now heat oil in one pan.
- Then put little little mixture, spread it so that it becomes tooth pick.
- Put 1 tbsp oil on sides and cook on medium flame.
- Now turn it.
- After that, put oil on sides and take out in dish.
- In end, serve with any chutney.
