Ingredients:

  • Beef/Mutton mince 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil/Ghee 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Onion 3
  • Green chilies 3
  • Cloves 4
  • Lemons 4
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Roasted almonds 10
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Roasted gram 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First finely grins poppy seeds, black peppercorn, cloves, roasted almonds, cumin, black cumin, small cardamoms and roasted gram.
  2. No put beef/mutton mince, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped mint leaves, raw papaya paste, grinded masala and oil/ghee and knead mince nicely.
  3. Then put lemon juice, cover it and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
  4. When water dries, put 1 tbsp raw ghee, put coal on it, cover it, leave for cook, put pot on tawa, simmer on high flame for 5 minutes and then simmer on low flame.
  5. When color of mince becomes brown, then take out in dish.
  6. Together put lemon onion, mint and green chilies on top.
  7. In end, serve with roghni or plain naan.
