Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless  10 pieces
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chicken liver 4
  • Sang danay 6
  • Black peppercorn 8
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Katakat masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First mix black peppercorn and white cumin and grind it.
  2. Put chicken pieces, chicken liver, sang danay and ginger garlic paste on tawa and dry water by stir it continuously.
  3. Now put red chili powder and chopped tomatoes and roast it nicely.
  4. Together put some oil.
  5. After that, add katakat masala, grinded masala and 1 lemon juice and roast it nicely.
  6. When oil is separated, put 2 lemon juice, finely green chilies and salt. After that add green coriander and serve with hot naan.
