Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Tandoori masala 1 packet
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 3
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and cut into cubes.
  2. Now mix it in tandoori masala and salt in bowl.
  3. Then heat oil in karahi pan and deep fry masala potato until golden brown.
  4. After that, take out in serving dish, put lemon juice, roasted cumin, black pepper, green chilies and mint leaves and serve hot.
