Ingredients:
- Mutton 1-1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
- Chili powder 3 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Onion 1
- Black cumin 3/4 tsp
- Wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Water 1 cup
Method:
- Put ginger garlic paste in one matka and mix with water.
- Now put mutton, ghee, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and onion slice, cover it and cook until water dries.
- When it id fried nicely, to tender meat put 3 glass water.
- Then add 1/2 cup flour paste and stir it continuously.
- In end, put black cumin and cook so oil comes up
