Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1-1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Chili powder 3 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Black cumin 3/4 tsp
  • Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put ginger garlic paste in one matka and mix with water.
  2. Now put mutton, ghee, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric and onion slice, cover it and cook until water dries.
  3. When it id fried nicely, to tender meat put 3 glass water.
  4. Then add 1/2 cup flour paste and stir it continuously.
  5. In end, put black cumin and cook so oil comes up
