Ingredients:

  • Milk 1-1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Almonds and pistachios as required
  • Silver paper as required

Method:

  1. Boil milk, add soaked rice and stir it continuously for 15 minutes.
  2. Now put khoya and cook until rice tendered.
  3. In end, add green cardamom and kewra water and sprinkle almonds and pistachios.
  4. Then garnish with silver paper.
