Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 kg
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 1 tsp
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Almonds and pistachios as required
- Silver paper as required
Method:
- Boil milk, add soaked rice and stir it continuously for 15 minutes.
- Now put khoya and cook until rice tendered.
- In end, add green cardamom and kewra water and sprinkle almonds and pistachios.
- Then garnish with silver paper.
