Spicy Karahi Paneer Keema by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Fry paneer 200 gm
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Sour powder 2  tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First heat oil, put chicken mince and roast on high flame.
  2. When water dries, put tomato, green chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds. turmeric, sour powder, garam masala, fenugreek seeds and ginger garlic paste, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. When mince is tendered, then roast it nicely.
  4. In end, add fry paneer, sprinkle green coriander and serve.
