Spicy Karahi Paneer Keema by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Fry paneer 200 gm
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 6
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Sour powder 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Method:
- First heat oil, put chicken mince and roast on high flame.
- When water dries, put tomato, green chilies, black pepper, cumin seeds. turmeric, sour powder, garam masala, fenugreek seeds and ginger garlic paste, cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
- When mince is tendered, then roast it nicely.
- In end, add fry paneer, sprinkle green coriander and serve.
