Cashew Nut & Spicy Soya Dipping Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Cashew nut 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 1 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Red chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First grind cashew nut.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste and fry it.
  3. Then add grinded cashew nut, soya sauce, vinegar, red chili paste and salt, mix it and cook it.
  4. Now add green onion and mix it.
  5. Then dissolve corn four in water, add in it and cook until thick.
  6. When dip sauce becomes thick, then dish out it.
