Ingredients:
- Chicken (Biryani pieces) 1 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Nutmeg/Mace 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
For Making Masala:
- Tomato 1/2 kg
- Onions 2
- Round red chili 6
- Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First marinate chicken with all ingredients and leave for 1-1/2 hours or 90 minutes.
- For making masala: Cook tomato, onion, fried cumin seeds, salt and turmeric in 1 cup water.
- When tender it, coll it and grind in blender.
- now heat oil, put grinded masala and roast it nicely.
- Now add masala chicken and cover it for 20 minutes.
- When chicken is tendered, roast it well.
- In end, put coriander and serve with rice.
