Chicken Tender Masala by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (Biryani pieces) 1 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg/Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup

For Making Masala:

  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Round red chili 6
  • Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First marinate chicken with all ingredients and leave for 1-1/2 hours or 90 minutes.
  2. For making masala: Cook tomato, onion, fried cumin seeds, salt and turmeric in 1 cup water.
  3. When tender it, coll it and grind in blender.
  4. now heat oil, put grinded masala and roast it nicely.
  5. Now add masala chicken and cover it for 20 minutes.
  6. When chicken is tendered, roast it well.
  7. In end, put coriander and serve with rice.
