Chocolate Fudge Cake Cups by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Flour 1 cup
• Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
• Coffee 1 tbsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Butter 50 gm
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Egg 1
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Chocolate 1 cup
• Icing sugar for garnishing
  

Method:

1. Strain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
2. Now put butter, sugar, egg and vanilla essence and beat it.
3. Then add strained flour, cocoa powder, salt and coffee and fold it.
4. After that put in ramekins and heat oven on 180 degrees C.
5. Now put chocolate in ramekins and bake it.
6. Then take it out and garnish with icing sugar.
