Aloo Tamatar Ki Daal by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 4
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilies 4
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
- Oil 1 cup
- Red chilies 4
- Fenugreek seeds few
- Curry leaves few
- White cumin 1 tsp
Method:
- Peel potatoes and keep whole. Now put potatoes and tomatoes in pot and boil with some water. When potatoes are tendered, remove it, cool it and grind in blender.
- Then again put in pot, put turmeric, red chili, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, tamarind paste and onion seed and take out after 15 minutes.
- After that heat oil, do red chilies, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and white cumin black and add in aloo tamatar ki daal. In end, serve with hot n delicious plain rice.
