White Chocolate Rocky Road by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• White chocolate 400 gm
• Pistachio 50 gm
• Walnut 50 gm
• Marshmallow 6
• Ashrafiyaan 50 gm
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
• Chopped cherry 2 tbsp
  

Method:

1. First, grate white chocolate and melt in double boiler.
2. Now put pistachio, walnut, marshmallow, ashrafiyaan and chopped cherry.
3. In end, put vanilla essence and mix it.
4. Then grease tray, keep batter paper, put mixture and chill it.
5. After that, cut into pieces.
