Ingredients:
- Red lentil 1/2 cup
- Boiled chick peas 300 gm
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
- Green chilies 6-7
- Dry fenugreek 2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Whole spice 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
For Garnish:
- Whisked yogurt as required
- Tamarind chutney as required
- Green coriander as required
- Papri for garnish
Method:
- First wash boiled chick peas, put soda and soak overnight.
- Now add 2 jug water and leave on stove for tender.
- When it comes near to tender, then add red lentil and tender both.
- For bhagar: Add oil, yogurt, green chilies, dry fenugreek, whole spice and red chili powder in pan, make bhagar, add in chickpeas and cook for 10-15 minutes. Chickpeas is ready.
- Now crush pathoray in one plate.
- Then put channay and garnish with whisked yogurt, tamarind chutney, green coriander and papri on top,
