Ingredients:
For Dough:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- White lentil 1 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Add white flour, salt and water as required in bowl, knead it and leave for 30 minutes. Dough is ready.
- For filling: Boil little hard white lentil.
- Then add black pepper and salt and grind in chopper.
- For making pathoray: Make small small balls of flour.
- Now fill with white lentil.
- Now roll with hand or rolling pin like kachori and deep fry in hot oil.
- Pathoray is ready.
