Crispy Fish In Lemon Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

  • Fish 300 gram
  • White flour 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Lemon Sauce:

  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Lemon zest 1 lemon
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For fish: Put salt on fish.
  2. Beat eggs in one mixing bowl.
  3. Now dip fish in eggs and coat with white flour.
  4. Heat oil in pan, fry fish and keep it aside.
  5. For lemon sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry ginger and onion.
  6. Add brown sugar, black pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix it.
  7. Add chicken cubes and water as required and cook it.
  8. When it boils, dissolve corn flour in water, add in it and mix it.
  9. When sauce becomes thick, then remove it.
  10. In end, keep fried fish in serving platter.
  11. Put sauce on top, garnish with lemon zest and serve.
