Ingredients:
- Kidneys 4
- Red tomatoes 2
- Onion 1 large
- Green chili 1
- Bread slices 2
- Butter 1 oz
- Desi ghee 1.5 oz
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- First wash mutton kidneys and boil it. When it becomes soft, take it out and keep it aside.
- Then finely chop onion and green chili.
- After that, heat ghee and do onion golden brown.
- Then add kidneys, green chili, salt and black pepper.
- Then put 1 tsp water so that kidneys do not becomes hard.
- Then put beans aside.
- Now take bread slices, spread butter and keep kidneys on it.
- Then cut tomato into slices and fry it until soft. Together add salt.
- Then take one one slice of tomato and keep on bread slice.
- Kidney toast with fried tomatoes is ready.
