Ingredients:
For Omelet:
- Eggs 5
- Chopped onion 1
- Green chilies 4-5
- Black pepper 1/2 ts[
- Green coriander as required
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For Curry:
- Big cardamom 1
- Green chilies 4-5
- Tomato 2-3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seed 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Grated coconut 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For omelet: Beat eggs in mixing bowl.
- Then add salt, chopped onion, crushed red chili, chopped coriander and green chilies and mix it.
- Now put oil in pan, do crispy, make omelet and cut into small small pieces.
- After that, take it out and keep it aside.
- For curry: Heat oil, put onion, brown it, put fennel seed and ginger garlic paste, mix it nicely and roast it.
- Then put tomato and cook it.
- When tomato is tender, put coconut grated, turmeric powder, all spice powder, red chili powder and cumin powder and cook on high flame.
- Then add water as required, put omelet and leave for cooking for some while.
- When curry becomes thick, put white vinegar, mix it and take out in dish.
- In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
