Ingredients:

For Omelet:

  • Eggs 5
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Black pepper 1/2 ts[
  • Green coriander as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Curry:

  • Big cardamom 1
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Tomato 2-3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seed 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Grated coconut 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For omelet: Beat eggs in mixing bowl.
  2. Then add salt, chopped onion, crushed red chili, chopped coriander and green chilies and mix it.
  3. Now put oil in pan, do crispy, make omelet and cut into small small pieces.
  4. After that, take it out and keep it aside.
  5. For curry: Heat oil, put onion, brown it, put fennel seed and ginger garlic paste, mix it nicely and roast it.
  6. Then put tomato and cook it.
  7. When tomato is tender, put coconut grated, turmeric powder, all spice powder, red chili powder and cumin powder and cook on high flame.
  8. Then add water as required, put omelet and leave for cooking for some while.
  9. When curry becomes thick, put white vinegar, mix it and take out in dish.
  10. In end, garnish with green coriander and serve.
