Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1/2 pound
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Egg 1
  • Lime juice optional
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs to coat the fish
  • Mint few
  • Celery few

Method:

  1. Boil boneless fish with salt for 5 minutes or boil until soft.
  2. Now soak bread slice in water and put fish, mint, celery, salt, black pepper and lime juice and mix it nicely.
  3. Then take some mixture, roll it and give shape or pattie.
  4. Now dip in egg and bread crumbs.
  5. After that, fry fish in hot oil and serve with lemon pieces.
