Ingredients:
- Boneless fish 1/2 pound
- Bread 2 slices
- Egg 1
- Lime juice optional
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs to coat the fish
- Mint few
- Celery few
Method:
- Boil boneless fish with salt for 5 minutes or boil until soft.
- Now soak bread slice in water and put fish, mint, celery, salt, black pepper and lime juice and mix it nicely.
- Then take some mixture, roll it and give shape or pattie.
- Now dip in egg and bread crumbs.
- After that, fry fish in hot oil and serve with lemon pieces.
