Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1 beaten
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Pasta boiled 2 cups
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mushroom sliced 4
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White sauce 1 cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Spring onion leaves 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Parsley 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken stripes with salt, black pepper, chili powder, mustard, beaten egg and flour.
- Now roll all chicken stripes in bread crumbs and deep fry until light golden.
- Then keep it aside.
- After that, heat butter and salt and add garlic paste, white sauce, cream, salt, black pepper crushed, vinegar, soya sauce and water.
- Now fold boiled pasta and spring onion leaves and take out in platter.
- Put fried chicken stripes and finely chopped parsley.
