Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Pasta boiled 2 cups
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Mushroom sliced 4
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White sauce 1 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion leaves 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken stripes with salt, black pepper, chili powder, mustard, beaten egg and flour.
  2. Now roll all chicken stripes in bread crumbs and deep fry until light golden.
  3. Then keep it aside.
  4. After that, heat butter and salt and add garlic paste, white sauce, cream, salt, black pepper crushed, vinegar, soya sauce and water.
  5. Now fold boiled pasta and spring onion leaves and take out in platter.
  6. Put fried chicken stripes and finely chopped parsley.
