Handi Fish Korma by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Brown onion 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Black cumin 1/2 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 tbsp
Method:
- First heat oil and put ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, brown onion, turmeric, salt and chili powder.
- Together mix yogurt, brown onion, black cumin, white cumin and desiccated coconut, also add this and fry it nicely.
- Now put fish with 1/2 cup water and leave for simmer.
- In end, add green coriander and green chilies.
