Ingredients:
- Bakar khani 5-6
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Cream 1 cup
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Rose water 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Chopped almond for garnish
- Chopped pistachio for garnish
Method:
- Put milk and sugar in pan, mix it and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Now add eggs and mix it nicely.
- Then add cinnamon powder, chopped almond, chopped pistachio, lemon juice and cream, mix it and remove it.
- After that, crush bakar khani, put it and put remaining almond and pistachio.
- Now bake it for 30 minutes on 200 degrees C until golden color comes.
- In end, take it out and serve.
