Arabian Halwa by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Boiled chickpeas 300 gm
- Milk 1 kg
- Sugar 250 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Pistachio almond 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut 1 cup
- Small cardamom seeds 10-12
- Ghee 1 to 1-1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash kabuli chickpeas, clean it and soak overnight. Then boil it.
- Now take it out, dry it, put in milk and leave for cook.
- When chickpeas is completely tendered, dry milk and remove it.
- Now put in blender and grind it.
- Then put small cardamom seeds in ghee, roast it, put grinded chickpeas and roast until chickpeas rawness is finished.
- Now add khoya and roast it.
- Together put grated coconut and roast it.
- When halwa leaves ghee, remove it, take out in serving dish, garnish with almond and pistachio and serve.
