Delhi Style Aloo Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Potatoes 250 gm
- Cumin grinded 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt whipped 1 cup
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 10
- Black cumin 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Black cardamom 1
- Cloves 4
- Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put cumin grinded, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, black pepper, black cumin, all spice, black cardamom and cloves with 1/2 cup water and fry it nicely.
- Now add mutton and fry it.
- Then put big big pieces of potatoes and stir it in spots.
- When mutton and potatoes are tendered, then put 1 cup water for gravy.
- In end, add ginger julienne and keep on simmer.
- Before serving, sprinkle all garam masala and coriander leaves.
