Ingredients:

  • Potato 1
  • Eggplant 1
  • Zucchini 1
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tempura flour 1 packet
  • Egg 1
  • Oil  for frying
  • Cold water 1 cup

Method:

  1. First, cut all vegetables.
  2. Add tempura flour packet, cold water and an egg in a bowl and mix well to prepare batter.
  3. Coat all the cut vegetables in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
