Ingredients:
- Mix vegetable 2
- Chopped tomato 2
- Onion paste 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
- Peanut 5-6
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Whole red chili 5-6
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Poppy seed 1/2 tsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves 2-3
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First roast mustard seeds, peanut, whole red chili, black pepper and poppy seed and grind it.
- Put oil in pan, put ginger garlic paste and onion paste and fry it.
- Then add chopped tomato and roast it.
- Now put turmeric powder, whole cumin and salt and mix it.
- When tomato is tendered, put green chilies and water as required and leave until tender.
- When water dries, vegetable is tendered, add cream and give bhagar of curry leaves.
- In end, dish out it.
- Mix jhat pat sabzi is ready.
