Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Vinegar 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- First mark cut on 4 sides of chicken.
- Now marinate it with vinegar, soya sauce, salt and ginger garlic paste and keep in fridge overnight.
- Then keep in chalni so that it water comes out.
- Now spread oil on chicken and bake on 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
- Now in one pot, put chaat masala, fried cumin seeds, black pepper, turmeric and red chili powder and mix it.
- In end, take out chicken from oven and coat with mixed masala nicely.
