Ingredients:
- Soaked rice 1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Whole round chilies 10
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Matar (Peas) 1/2 kg
- Bhuna zeera 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- First, heat oil and do onion brown.
- Now put ginger garlic, whole round chilies, salt, turmeric and curry leaves and roast it.
- Then add 1 cup water and matar.
- After that, put soaked rice and cook it.
- When rice comes on simmer, put bhuna zeera, cover it for 10 minutes and mix it.
- Matar bhuna zeera is ready.
