Ingredients:

  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Hot water 1/2 cup
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Flour 1/4 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Put cocoa powder in medium bowl and put 1 cup hot water.
  2. Then beat it until cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
  3. Now add buttermilk and chill mixture.
  4. Then put sugar and whisk it until all ingredients becomes intimate.
  5. Now add eggs, oil and vanilla and mix it again.
  6. Now in separate bowl, put flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and stir it.
  7. Then whisk it nicely.
  8. After that, stir in heavy cream until it is completely mixed.
  9. Now put batter in cup cakes tin and bake on 180 degrees C for 12-20 minutes.
