Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Bread slice 6
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock cubes 1
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 4
  • Ginger 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion 2
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. First grate cottage cheese.
  2. Now cut edges of bread slices, put in blender and make finely bread crumbs.
  3. Then mix cottage cheese and bread slices, add flour, chicken stock cubes, chopped almonds, crushed black pepper, chopped garlic, ginger, chopped green onion, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and salt in it.
  4. Now keep it aside for set.
  5. Then make small round kabab of it, dip in beaten eggs and deep fry it or shallow fry it on low flame until golden brown.
  6. After that, keep in kitchen paper so that it absorb oil.
  7. Then sprinkle 1 pinch gram flour and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
