Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green garlic 2
  • Chopped green chilies 6
  • Curry leaves few
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First cut green garlic and tomatoes into finely.
  2. Now heat mustard oil in pot and add all ingredients. Then cook on low flame.
  3. When water becomes to dry, roast it lightly, remove it and serve with hot parathay.
