Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Green garlic 2
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Curry leaves few
- Mustard oil 1 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Onion 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First cut green garlic and tomatoes into finely.
- Now heat mustard oil in pot and add all ingredients. Then cook on low flame.
- When water becomes to dry, roast it lightly, remove it and serve with hot parathay.
