Stuffed Capsicum by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 1/2 cup
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Capsicum 250 gm
Method:
- First heat oil, put onion with chili powder, ginger garlic, coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
- Together add tomatoes and fry it nicely.
- Now put mince and 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until mince tender.
- Then cut capsicum on top, fill with mince and close top portion.
- After that, cook in same pan in which mince was cooked.
- Now put 1/4 cup water until capsicum becomes soft and tender.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
