Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Sour cream 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 6 tbsp
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Caster sugar 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Walnuts chopped 3/4 cup
  • Banana sliced 3
  • Pineapple slices 1 tin
  • Chocolate 1 oz
  • Cherries and walnuts for decoration

Method:

  1. Put condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla essence in a bowl.
  2. Now dissolve gelatin in water and mix in it.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  4. Then beat butter and caster sugar until fluffy.
  5. Now put flour with chopped walnuts, mix it nicely and put in lightly greased pizza pan.
  6. Then mark with fork and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  7. Now take it out and chill it.
  8. Now put 2 bananas on chilled crust.
  9. Then put condensed milk filling.
  10. Then dip 1 banana in lemon juice and keep on top.
  11. Together put pineapple slices, cherries and walnuts, put melted chocolate and serve chill.
