Ingredients:

  • Rice 300 gm
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • All spice 2 tsp
  • Red chili whole 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put 2 cup water, chicken, onion chopped, ginger garlic, salt, whole red chili and 1 tsp all spice in pan.
  2. Now cook it until chicken tender and 1 cup gravy remain.
  3. Then take out chicken and gravy.
  4. For making rice: Heat oil in handi and fry onion.
  5. Now add cumin seeds and fry until light golden.
  6. Then put ginger garlic paste and boiled chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
  7. After that, put 4 cup water or stock and cook until it boils.
  8. In end, add rice, salt and 1 tsp all spice, cover it and cook it until it becomes ready.
