Ingredients:
- Rice 300 gm
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 chopped
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- All spice 2 tsp
- Red chili whole 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put 2 cup water, chicken, onion chopped, ginger garlic, salt, whole red chili and 1 tsp all spice in pan.
- Now cook it until chicken tender and 1 cup gravy remain.
- Then take out chicken and gravy.
- For making rice: Heat oil in handi and fry onion.
- Now add cumin seeds and fry until light golden.
- Then put ginger garlic paste and boiled chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
- After that, put 4 cup water or stock and cook until it boils.
- In end, add rice, salt and 1 tsp all spice, cover it and cook it until it becomes ready.
