Handi Palak Methi Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Spinach 1
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cream 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put mutton, chopped onion, garlic paste, chili powder, salt and 1 cup water in handi and mix it.
  2. Now keep it for cooking until it is tender.
  3. Then add oil and fry until it comes on top.
  4. In end, put chopped spinach and mix it nicely.
  5. Now put dry fenugreek leaves.
  6. In end, add yogurt and cream and cook until mixture becomes smooth and thick.
