Handi Palak Methi Gosht by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Spinach 1
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cream 4 tbsp
Method:
- First put mutton, chopped onion, garlic paste, chili powder, salt and 1 cup water in handi and mix it.
- Now keep it for cooking until it is tender.
- Then add oil and fry until it comes on top.
- In end, put chopped spinach and mix it nicely.
- Now put dry fenugreek leaves.
- In end, add yogurt and cream and cook until mixture becomes smooth and thick.
