Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cashew 8
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Malai 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander roasted 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First, make smooth paste of mint, coriander leaves, cashew, chopped onion, green chili, ginger garlic, poppy seeds and sesame seeds in grinder.
  2. Now finely chop mince with grinded ingredients.
  3. Then also put salt, coriander roasted, chili powder, egg yolk and malai and grind it nicely so that it becomes smooth.
  4. Now chill it for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  6. Line oven tray with foil.
  7. Now give shape of seekh kabab and keep in pan.
  8. Brush with oil and bake for 15 minutes.
