Malai Seekh Kabab by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Mint 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Cashew 8
- Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 chopped
- Egg yolk 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Malai 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Coriander roasted 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin roasted 1-1/2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
Method:
- First, make smooth paste of mint, coriander leaves, cashew, chopped
onion, green chili, ginger garlic, poppy seeds and sesame seeds in
grinder.
- Now finely chop mince with grinded ingredients.
- Then also put salt, coriander roasted, chili powder, egg yolk and malai and grind it nicely so that it becomes smooth.
- Now chill it for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Line oven tray with foil.
- Now give shape of seekh kabab and keep in pan.
- Brush with oil and bake for 15 minutes.
