Ingredients:
- Boiled beef mince 300 gm
- Cottage cheese 200 gm
- Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1/2 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- Coriander 1/2 bunch
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Salad leaves for garnish
Method:
- Add 1 egg, boiled beef mince, cottage cheese, ginger garlic, chopped onion, black pepper, crushed red chili, cumin powder, crushed coriander, crushed cumin, green chilies, coriander and salt, mix it and make kabab.
- Now dip in eggs.
- Heat oil in pan and shallow fry kabab.
- In end, take it out, garnish with salad leaves and serve.
