Ingredients:

  • Red beet root 3-4
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Whole red chili 5-6
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Grated coconut 4-5 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 3-4
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add oil, garlic, whole red chili and curry leaves in pan and roast it.
  2. Now cut red beet root into small small pieces, add in it, add salt and grated coconut and roast it.
  3. When beet root becomes soft, then remove it.
  4. Now put in blender jug, make paste and put again in pan.
  5. Toast mustard seeds, give bhagar, dish out it and serve.
