Ingredients:
- Red beet root 3-4
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Whole red chili 5-6
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Grated coconut 4-5 tbsp
- Curry leaves 3-4
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add oil, garlic, whole red chili and curry leaves in pan and roast it.
- Now cut red beet root into small small pieces, add in it, add salt and grated coconut and roast it.
- When beet root becomes soft, then remove it.
- Now put in blender jug, make paste and put again in pan.
- Toast mustard seeds, give bhagar, dish out it and serve.
