Chuqandar Gosht by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Beet root 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Black pepper corn 6
- Lemons 2
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped onions 2
- Oil 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot and do chopped onions golden brown.
- Now put mutton, salt and ginger garlic paste.
- When water dries, roast it lightly and add red chili, turmeric and black pepper corn. After that put 1 cup hot water so that meat tender.
- When water dries, add yogurt, sugar and whole green chilies.
- Now fry peel and cubes beet root lightly and put in separate pan.
- Then roast it nicely and keep on simmer on low flame. Now add lemon juice. In end, put green coriander and serve.
