Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Beet root 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper corn 6
  • Lemons 2
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot and do chopped onions golden brown.
  2. Now put mutton, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  3. When water dries, roast it lightly and add red chili, turmeric and black pepper corn. After that put 1 cup hot water so that meat tender.
  4. When water dries, add yogurt, sugar and whole green chilies.
  5. Now fry peel and cubes beet root lightly and put in separate pan.
  6. Then roast it nicely and keep on simmer on low flame. Now add lemon juice. In end, put green coriander and serve.
