Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1 kg
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled spinach 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Fried onions 1 cup
  • Green chilies 4 tbsp
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Red color 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice masala 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. First divide rice into 3 portions.
  2. Put chicken boneless, grinded tomato, 1/2 cup fried onion, red chili, 1 tsp all spice masala, red color, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup water in pot and cook it.
  3. When chicken tender, put one portions of rice, mix it and close stove.
  4. After that, put boiled spinach, green chilies paste, salt, ginger garlic and oil in mince and cover it.
  5. When mince is tendered, roast on high flame, put one portion of rice and mix it.
  6. Now make layer of first rice in oven proof dish. Make layer of spinach rice on top.
  7. In end, make layer of chicken rice and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
