Ingredients:
- Semolina 1 cup
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Coconut powder 1 cup
- Sugar powder 1/2 cup
- Condensed milk 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
- Raisins 4 tbsp
- Mix almonds and pistachio 4 tbsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
Method:
- First heat ghee and roast semolina.
- Heat milk in second pan, put yellow food color, cardamom powder and sugar powder and cook it.
- Now mix semolina, flour, coconut powder, condensed milk, raisins, mix almond, pistachio and hot milk.
- Then make small small ladoo. Rawa ladoo is ready.
