Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 cup
  • Sugar powder 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Raisins 4 tbsp
  • Mix almonds and pistachio 4 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First heat ghee and roast semolina.
  2. Heat milk in second pan, put yellow food color, cardamom powder and sugar powder and cook it.
  3. Now mix semolina, flour, coconut powder, condensed milk, raisins, mix almond, pistachio and hot milk.
  4. Then make small small ladoo. Rawa ladoo is ready.
