Dhaba Daal by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Moong ki daal 200 gm
- Spinach 1 cup
- Soya 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4 chopped
- Onion 1
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Whole red chilies 6
- White cumin 1 tsp
Method:
- First, wash moong ki daal and soak for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, put 4 cup water with soaked daal and turmeric and cook for 15 minutes until it is ready.
- Then add finely chopped spinach. finely chopped soya and green chilies, cover it and cook until it is ready.
- Now put salt and give bhagar of ghee, chopped onion and whole red chilies.
