Dhaba Daal by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Moong ki daal 200 gm
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Soya 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Onion 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • White cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First, wash moong ki daal and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, put 4 cup water with soaked daal and turmeric and cook for 15 minutes until it is ready.
  3. Then add finely chopped spinach. finely chopped soya and green chilies, cover it and cook until it is ready.
  4. Now put salt and give bhagar of ghee, chopped onion and whole red chilies.
