Ingredients:
- Coarsely crushed mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- White cumin 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Onion 2
- Green chilies 6-8
- Onion 1
- Garlic crushed 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Method:
- First mix yogurt, salt, turmeric and white cumin in mince.
- Now heat oil and do 2 sliced onion golden brown.
- Then add mince and fry for 5 minutes.
- After that, put 2 cup water, cover it and cook it.
- When mince is approx cooked, put green chilies, 1 chopped onion and crushed garlic, cover it and cook again.
- When water dries and mince is tendered, then put lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
