Chicken Sizzling Platter With Vegetables by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Platter:
- Chicken breast 300 gm
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Mash Potato:
- Boiled potatoes 2
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Steam Vegetables:
- Mix vegetables 300 gm
- Butter 1/2 cup
Method:
- Put crushed black pepper on chicken nicely.
- Then mix vinegar, brown sugar, red chili powder, butter and salt and marinate it.
- Now roast steak in fry pan or grill.
- For vegetables: Steam mix vegetables. Put butter in pan and fry steam vegetables lightly. Take out and keep it aside.
- For mash potato: Heat butter in one pan and put mashed potato.
- Now put salt and black pepper and cook on low flame.
- When potato becomes soft, add cream and mix it nicely. Mash potato is ready.
- After that, heat platter.
- When smoke comes, put steak, steam vegetables, sauce and mash potato and serve.
