Chicken Sizzling Platter With Vegetables by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:

For Platter:

  • Chicken breast 300 gm
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Mash Potato:

  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Steam Vegetables:

  • Mix vegetables 300 gm
  • Butter 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put crushed black pepper on chicken nicely.
  2. Then mix vinegar, brown sugar, red chili powder, butter and salt and marinate it.
  3. Now roast steak in fry pan or grill.
  4. For vegetables: Steam mix vegetables. Put butter in pan and fry steam vegetables lightly. Take out and keep it aside.
  5. For mash potato: Heat butter in one pan and put mashed potato.
  6. Now put salt and black pepper and cook on low flame.
  7. When potato becomes soft, add cream and mix it nicely. Mash potato is ready.
  8. After that, heat platter.
  9. When smoke comes, put steak, steam vegetables, sauce and mash potato and serve.
