Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Green chili paste 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- Salad leaves 5-6
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Sliced onion 3-4
- Lemon juice 4-5
Method:
- First cut chicken boneless into small square cubes..
- Put ginger garlic paste, yogurt, cream, green chili paste, cumin powder, black pepper, all spice powder and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then put on skewers, roast on coal on low flame or bake it and give smoke of coal.
- In end, garnish with tomato, lemon, salad leaves and sliced onion and serve delicious malai chicken boti.
