Ingredients:
For Chicken:
- Boneless chicken 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Food color 1 pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Pizza Dough:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Topping:
- Sliced capsicum 1
- Sliced tomato 1
- Sliced olives 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 300 gm
- Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Egg 1-2
- Butter 4 tbsp
Method:
- For chicken: Cut chicken into slices.
- Add lemon juice, red chili powder, all spice powder, black pepper, food color and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then put oil in pan, fry it nicely, take out and keep it aside.
- For dough: Heat water until lukewarm, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
- Add salt, baking powder and yeast in white flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours in hot place.
- For filling: Take out portion of dough and fold with hands.
- Roll small small rotiyan of portions, grease oven tray with butter and set rotiyan.
- Spread pizza sauce on rotiyan.
- Then put chicken slices.
- Then put capsicum, tomato and olives.
- Sprinkle oregano and black pepper.
- Then put mozzarella cheese and close roti in shape of moon.
- Brush with eggs, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, take it out, cut from center and serve.
- Pizza sandwich is ready.
