Ingredients:

For Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Pizza Dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Topping:

  • Sliced capsicum 1
  • Sliced tomato 1
  • Sliced olives 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 300 gm
  • Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1-2
  • Butter 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. For chicken: Cut chicken into slices.
  2. Add lemon juice, red chili powder, all spice powder, black pepper, food color and salt in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put oil in pan, fry it nicely, take out and keep it aside.
  4. For dough: Heat water until lukewarm, add yeast and sugar, mix it nicely and leave for 15 minutes.
  5. Add salt, baking powder and yeast in white flour, knead it nicely and leave for 3-4 hours in hot place.
  6. For filling: Take out portion of dough and fold with hands.
  7. Roll small small rotiyan of portions, grease oven tray with butter and set rotiyan.
  8. Spread pizza sauce on rotiyan.
  9. Then put chicken slices.
  10. Then put capsicum, tomato and olives.
  11. Sprinkle oregano and black pepper.
  12. Then put mozzarella cheese and close roti in shape of moon.
  13. Brush with eggs, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 15 minutes, take it out, cut from center and serve.
  14. Pizza sandwich is ready.
