Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 4
- Red chili flakes 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chopped onion 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Kulchay 4
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
- Put 1 cup water, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, salt, red chili flakes, tomatoes and oil in chicken mince and cook on low flame.
- When water dries, roast mince and close the stove.
- Now put some mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in kulchay and put mince on top.
- After that, put again some mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, heat oven grill on 200 degrees C and grill for 10 minutes.
