Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Kulchay 4
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put 1 cup water, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, salt, red chili flakes, tomatoes and oil in chicken mince and cook on low flame.
  2. When water dries, roast mince and close the stove.
  3. Now put some mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in kulchay and put mince on top.
  4. After that, put again some mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, heat oven grill on 200 degrees C and grill for 10 minutes.
