Ingredients:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put white flour, ghee, cumin and salt in one bowl, knead it and leave for 1 hour.
- Now roll it like 1 thin layer, cut into finely pieced with knife and fry it.
- When light brown, take it out and serve.
